Quick Starter
Exclusive 70 kW integrated generator delivers fast heating screed plates, quiet or quick heating options, and simple monitoring. The system is designed to save time and fuel while providing reliability for the life of the paver. Advanced diagnostics keep the screed heating, even in the event of a sensor failure.
More Control
The dual operator stations provide complete control and good visibility to truck drivers from either side of the operating platform. Station transfer occurs with the simple press of a button. This unique design shifts all settings to the opposite console for simple operation from each side of the paver.
Water Resistant Displays
The water resistant displays provide excellent reliability and meet IP67 common water submergence ratings. The switches have been tested to one million cycles without failure. If a failure does occur, grouped components are serviceable and it's not necessary to replace the entire console.
More Efficient Delivery
High production features include large throughput capacity and over-sized feeder components that enable the system to run slower. This unique design limits wear while also reducing fuel consumption.
Wheel Undercarriage
Fast travel and smooth turning deliver excellent work site performance.
SE-Series Screeds
The SE-Series screeds provide new heating technology, increased durability, easy adjustment, and better efficiency. The screeds are available with tamper bars and vibration or vibration only.
Cat Grade Control
Cat Grade Control is a factory-integrated guidance system that helps remove irregularities from the surface and control mat thickness for increased production, lower operating costs, and higher profitability.
